This power supply converts electrical energy into a high-frequency electromagnetic field and transmits the high-frequency electromagnetic field to the work plate or heater via an electromagnetic sensor.

Meanwhile, the speed and temperature of heating can be controlled by adjusting the output power of the high frequency power supply, thus achieving precise control of the heating process.

　　2、Low energy consumption. Compared with the conventional heating method, industrial frequency heating furnace can heat the entire metal parts inside, making full use of thermal energy, so its energy use efficiency is higher.

　　3、Low pollution. The industrial frequency heating furnace does not produce any waste gas, waste water and waste residue when heating, so the pollution to the environment is very small.

　　4、High control precision. By adjusting the output power of high frequency power supply, it can realize the precise control of heating speed and temperature, thus making the heating process more accurate and controllable.

　　The application of industrial frequency heating furnace is very wide, especially in the metal heat treatment industry is more common.
